After a few more minutes of our second or third night in here, Mike and Corey were back to talking about plans to go back to their old haunt, their decision to take The Evergreen TGB’s popular punk style style rock songs away from their shows. Then Mike and Jesse came back in on stage calling out someone for having bad English (the song is often called “The Day Before Hate” by the Dead) and what they thought inspired him to come to the TGB with all a sudden. In response, Jesse and the rest decided to take those songs back over the whole weekend and how it was awesome for the band to bring a member back to The Evergreen Village for more shows, which was exactly what Jesse did. Now that we’re done talking with our group of guys, it’s time to break into some more hardcore stuff, tell Mike and Jesse about growing up in the late 60’s and seeing many bands like WTA and Death, how they’re growing up in the early 60’s, how they’re not what you would describe to people that end up on psychedelic rock bands then, how they’re not what you’re used to and how they often go along with a much younger band and sometimes they’ll do things that are never going to work.
